Each trainer sets their own rate based on their experience, tenure, and availability. No contracts. No long-term commitments. No oversized packages you'll never finish.
Clients can re-evaluate every time a package ends, and trainers earn every rep. This keeps the training sharp, personal, and high-standard — while giving clients flexibility for life, work, and travel.

- Trainer rates range from $67–$80 per session

10-Session Package

Small Group Training
- 2–4 clients training together with one coach
- Same coaching standards and programming as private training

- Rates vary by coach and group size; most groups train 2–3x per week

Movement & Goals
We sit down, talk through your goals, history, and schedule, then walk through key movement patterns so we know how your body moves today.
Sessions 2 & 3
Train Like a Member
You train in our normal sessions — same coaching standard, same attention to detail. We start building your strength plan and show you how COBALT actually feels.
After Session 3
You Decide Next Steps
No pressure, no hard sell. If it’s a great fit, we’ll talk about ongoing training options. If the timing isn’t right, you still leave with clarity and a better understanding of your body.
